What is an access code and how do I use it?
An access code can be used to provide immediate access to online courses.

On the Access Code Redemption page, accept the End User License Agreement, enter the Access Code, enter your E-mail Address and click Enter. If the access code that was entered is valid, a Thank You confirmation page will display.

What is Windows Live™ ID?
Windows Live™ ID makes it possible for you to use your e-mail address and a single password to sign into sites using Windows Live™ ID. To sign in to the Microsoft IT Academy E-Learning Central site, you will be asked to enter an e-mail address and password, which we refer to as your credentials. After you create these credentials, you can use them to sign in to other sites or services that are part of Windows Live™ ID.

You may already have an account on Windows Live™ ID. You can use your e-mail address and password to sign in by clicking the Sign In button from any page on the site.

If you try to use an access code or take a course on IT Academy E-Learning Central, the system will automatically direct you to sign in. On this page, you will be required to enter your Windows Live™ ID credentials (the e-mail address and password that you use to sign in to Windows Live™ ID). Once your information is validated you will be returned to the site to continue your task.
